Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. She is most famous for her character Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other roles comprise Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. The actress was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with acting during Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio at the end of the 1970's. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre through Northwestern University. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for a number of years before attempting TV and movie roles. Anna's first big part was Arden, in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. The actress continued to make appearances as a guest star in a number of television movies and shows like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue until the late 90's when she appeared in a role that she reprised in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood that was shot during the middle 2000's. Skyler was on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies included her. Gunn was on stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. She also had a role in the show Numbered Day, which is a podcast consisting of four audio dramas. The love story between Walter White and his wife Skyler is usually the main focus of the narrative of Breaking Bad with the strained pull on their relationship and the eventual end of their relationship echoing the same storyline of Walter White's last years of his life.
